what’s therapy?

Deciding to embark on a counselling journey can take courage. I provide a safe environment for you to acknowledge how you really feel and be supported in it. My role is to listen non-judgementally and help you explore the issues that have caused you to seek counselling.

I offer an initial consultation for you to discern whether you feel comfortable with my way of working and ask any questions you may have. Together we can consider whether ongoing therapy would be beneficial. The first session lasts around 25 minutes and is charged at only £10.
